This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit this website or contact me through it. I take your privacy seriously and only collect what I need to respond to you and to keep the site running.

I only receive this information when you choose to send it. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

Information collected automatically

To understand how the site performs and is used, I rely on privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights). These collect aggregate, anonymised metrics such as page views and loading performance. They do not use tracking cookies and do not build an advertising profile of you. My hosting provider may also process technical data (such as IP address) in server logs for security and reliability.

3. Why I use your data and the legal basis

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project — on the basis of your consent and of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To operate, secure and improve the website — on the basis of my legitimate interest in running a functional, safe site.

I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal data. I share it only with service providers that help me operate the site and receive your messages:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Telegram — contact-form submissions are delivered to me as a private message.
• Resend — optional email delivery of contact-form submissions, if enabled.

These providers process data on my behalf and may store it on servers located outside your country.

5. International transfers

The providers above may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area or your country of residence. Where that happens, I rely on the providers' own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data in line with applicable law.

6. How long I keep it

I keep contact-form messages only for as long as needed to correspond with you and, where relevant, to manage our working relationship — after which they are deleted. Aggregate analytics are retained by the analytics provider in anonymised form.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it (portability), and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
